Soldering Fluxes for Electronics PCB

Diamond Flux soldering fluxes are manufactured in Florida using high-quality, expensive components to achieve performance essential for reliable soldering. Our initial goal was to develop professional formulas for electronics Printed Circuit Boards assembly and repair.

All Diamond Flux products comply with IPC standards, which is critical for modern electronics manufacturing and repair. All soldering fluxes have a 2-year shelf life from the date of manufacture.

Express 24 has developed three soldering fluxes:

– Diamond Flux FN231 – a no-clean gel paste in a 10g syringe. Designed for soldering and repairing PCBs that have not been exposed to strong oxidation. Compatible with SMD, BGA, QFN and other components. Suitable for industrial, lab, and home use. Leaves minimal residue and does not require cleaning. FN231 is ROL0 class – halide-free, safe for electronics, and does not cause corrosion or current leakage even if not cleaned after soldering. Residues are non-conductive and harmless to plastics or metals. This type of flux is ideal for assembling or reworking clean boards.

– Diamond Flux FN232 – a no-clean liquid soldering flux in a 10g jar with brush. Ideal for fans of liquid flux and excellent for wire soldering. FN232 won’t corrode copper pads and wires even under insulation. This makes it a reliable choice for long-term durability. Diamond Flux FN232 is also ROL0 class – low-activity and halide-free.

– Diamond Flux FA241 – active RMA soldering flux gel in a 10g syringe. Designed for soldering and repairing oxidized or moisture-damaged PCBs and copper pads and surfaces. Suitable for industrial and repair lab use. Can be used with SMD, BGA, QFN components, and for copper plumbing work. Diamond Flux FA241 is ROM0 class – active soldering flux that must be thoroughly cleaned after soldering to avoid corrosion or electrical leakage.

After soldering, cleaning the flux is easy and highly recommended, especially for active fluxes. You can use FluxOff PCB cleaner or a standard cleaning system. All Diamond Flux products are easy to wash.
